The apartment prices are inclusive of:
- Linen room, bath and kitchen. Not included is the towel for the pool that you can apply to your arrival at € 3.00 per person per week.
- Final cleaning and always after a week
- Use of the pool according to the rules that we will provide at your arrival
- Use of the barbecue, wood-fired oven and garden
Possibility to book the apartments for less then 1 week and with B&B service. Please ask a price quotation to info@palazzomerse.it
The room rates are inclusive of:

- We serve breakfast from 8 am to 9.30 am except for different request
- Use of the pool according to the rules that we will provide to you at your arrival

Both for the rooms and for the apartments the request of linen or towels in addition to that provided will have an additional cost. Not included the city tax (see rules).
